It's possible to hear traffic but it's only background level noise, it's not obtrusive. On the whole it's a tranquil position and feels very private.
This first floor Apartment is fully air conditioned and heated, has fully updated fast Fibre WiFi. It benefits from a very large (12.5m x 7.5m) private patio to the West side of the apartment. It's accessed from the North side patios which stretch across the master en-suite bedroom and lounge patio doors. The North facing balcony area in front of the lounge is 3m x 3m, the second bedroom has a South facing separate balcony which is 3.5m x 1.5m. The main and en-suite bathrooms have baths with showers over, sink, toilet and bidet with isolated heating units in both.
The lounge soft furnishings are all new and the unique, fresh and tasteful decor combine to bring a light atmosphere in the daytime, cosy intimate areas in the evening with beautiful sunset views from the lounge window or enjoy the view from the patio or balcony - all are fully lit for evening entertainment and enjoyment.

In the middle of the resort there's another lagoon pool with smaller snack bar set in lovely gardens.
The 9 hole Golf course is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The Clubhouse with its fantastic bar and restaurant (open to all, not just golfers), golf pro shop with club and shoe hire, driving range and lessons are all available. It's a friendly environment and there is a community of locals and ex pats that play regularly. There's also another beautiful pool next to the clubhouse.
Turn left out of the village and it's just a 10 min walk to Olhos De Agua where there's a bigger supermarket, many shops, a beautiful beach plus lots of cafes and restaurants. The most local beach, Praia de Maria Luisa, is a 5 minute walk and has wonderful cliff top walks as well as a beach cafe and restaurant.
Turn right out of the village and you'll find Santa Eulalia is a 15 to 20 minute walk (taxis available from reception and cost 5 euros each way), many many restaurants, shops and car hire from here. "The Strip" as it's known backs onto Santa Eulalia, the nearest spot for young peoples' more vibrant nightlife.
