Originally built pre 1951, the house was extended in 1998 into the existing layout today and has always been a family home. The thick walls ensure the house stays warm in the Winter months and cool in the Summer.

Towards the front is an outside shower (next to the sunbathing area) and also a built in BBQ. Although the house is semi-detached, it has privacy and is not overlooked.

This is a lovely, traditional, Portuguese style, family house, offering a great property for permanent residence or peaceful holidays. Considering the rarity of such properties, especially in this area, early viewing is recommended.
